1. General Information
Zhejiang Shun’an Industry & Trade Co., Ltd. (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is a global manufacturer and exporter of home fragrance products, including reed diffusers, scented candles, sachets, incense sticks, fragrance oils, and aroma gift sets.
This Shipping & Returns Policy explains how we handle product delivery, logistics, and return procedures for our international B2B clients.
Please note that our website zhejsa.com is for business-to-business (B2B) purposes. Retail sales and personal orders are not processed through this site.
2. Shipping and Delivery Terms
2.1 Order Processing
- Orders are confirmed only after both parties sign or approve an official quotation or sales contract.
- Production typically begins upon receipt of the agreed deposit payment.
- Standard lead time is 30–45 days after sample approval, depending on order size and customization.
2.2 Shipping Methods
We provide flexible international shipping options based on customer preferences and contract terms:
- By Sea (FCL/LCL): Suitable for bulk orders
- By Air: For urgent or small-volume shipments
- By Courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, etc.): For samples or small packages
We work closely with reliable freight forwarders to ensure timely and secure delivery.
2.3 Delivery Terms (Incoterms)
We support international trade terms such as:
EXW, FOB Ningbo/Shanghai, CIF, or DDP depending on agreement.
All freight, insurance, and customs costs are handled according to the selected Incoterm.
2.4 Customs and Import Duties
- Import duties, taxes, and clearance fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
- We will provide all necessary export documents (commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, MSDS, etc.) to assist with customs clearance.
3. Tracking and Shipping Confirmation
Once the order is dispatched, we will provide:
- Shipping confirmation and tracking number
- Estimated arrival date and documentation support
- Logistics updates from our forwarding partners upon request
Buyers are encouraged to inspect goods upon arrival and report any shipping damage immediately.
4. Product Inspection and Acceptance
- Buyers should inspect all goods within 7 business days of receipt.
- If any discrepancies or damages are found, please notify us in writing with photos and supporting documents.
- If no claim is made within the inspection period, the shipment will be deemed accepted and approved.
5. Return and Replacement Policy
Since we operate as a B2B manufacturer, all products are made to order or customized based on client specifications. Therefore, returns are limited and subject to the following conditions:
5.1 Return Eligibility
Returns or replacements will only be accepted if:
- The products are defective due to our manufacturing fault
- The products do not match the specifications confirmed in the order
- The claim is made within 15 business days of delivery
5.2 Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Customized or private-label products
- Goods damaged due to improper storage, transportation by buyer, or misuse
- Samples and promotional items
5.3 Return Procedure
- Contact us at sales@yiwushunan.com with your order details, issue description, and supporting photos.
- Once the claim is verified, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) or offer a replacement/credit note.
- Approved returns must be shipped back in original packaging and condition unless otherwise agreed.
- Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
6. Refunds and Compensation
- For approved returns, we will arrange replacement, repair, or partial refund according to the agreement.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed via the same payment method used for the order, within 30 business days of confirmation.
- Zhejiang Shun’an reserves the right to determine the most suitable corrective action (replacement or credit).
7. Shipping Damage or Loss
If goods are damaged or lost during transit:
- Please notify both the carrier and us immediately upon receipt (within 48 hours).
- Provide photos of the outer packaging, damaged items, and shipping documents.
- We will assist you in filing claims with the carrier or insurance provider as applicable.
8. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays, damage, or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, customs issues, transportation strikes, war, or government restrictions.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the replacement value of defective goods or the invoice amount of the affected shipment.
We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, delays in resale, or business interruption.
